The four special offices of the Provincial Department of Ecological Environment are divided into two inspection groups, one group inspecting the scene and the other group checking written materials. The on-site inspection team went to the sewage treatment station, the dangerous waste room of electroplating and the dangerous waste room of paint slag respectively to check the operation of the on-line sewage treatment equipment, the water quality standard, the collection of online waste liquid, the storage of paint slag and various records; the written data inspection group checked the environmental protection procedures, the accounts of hazardous waste, the qualification of hazardous waste treatment manufacturers, and so on.
